Welcome to MrPegasus. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mrpegasus.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use MrPegasus. The Service includes real-time video and audio communication features that are intended exclusively for adult users. By creating an account, accessing the Service, or enabling your camera or microphone, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

The Service may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions where online games, video chat platforms, or token-related programs are restricted by law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. If we determine that you are under 18 or that your use of the Service is unlawful in your jurisdiction, your account will be terminated without notice and all points, status, cosmetics, and any future token eligibility will be forfeited.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts to evade bans, manipulate matchmaking, or farm rewards are prohibited.
• Provide accurate information when registering. False information may result in suspension.

3. Acceptable use

When using MrPegasus you agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully other users.
• Post or transmit hate speech, sexual content, violent imagery, or content that exploits minors.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or entity.
• Use the video/audio feature to display nudity, illegal activity, or anything that violates law.
• Use cheats, bots, scripts, exploits, or any automated means to gain advantage in matches or to farm rewards.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or database contents.
• Attempt to disrupt the Service, bypass security, or attack our infrastructure.
• Use the Service to distribute spam, phishing links, malware, or unsolicited advertising.
• Record or capture other users' video/audio without their explicit consent.
• Engage in real-money gambling, wagering, or selling accounts, points, cosmetics, or in-platform rewards for money or cryptocurrency outside official MrPegasus mechanisms.

4. Video and audio communication

MrPegasus enables real-time peer-to-peer audio and video communication between adult users (18+). All video and audio transmission occurs directly between participants through WebRTC technology. We do not record, store, transcribe, monitor, or have access to the contents of your audio or video communications at any time. Connection metadata (timestamps, participant IDs, room codes) is logged solely for security, abuse prevention, and infrastructure operation.

By enabling your camera or microphone, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and you acknowledge that:

• You are solely and exclusively responsible for any content you choose to display, transmit, speak, or share on camera or via audio.
• Other users may see, hear, and observe you in real time.
• Other users may capture screenshots, record video, or otherwise preserve content shown to them, even though doing so without consent violates these Terms and may violate applicable law.
• You must not display, transmit, or facilitate any nudity, sexual content, sexual solicitation, violence, illegal activity, hate symbols, or content that could harm minors.
• You must not share personal, financial, medical, or other sensitive information on camera or via audio.
• You enter video sessions at your own risk. MrPegasus is not liable for content displayed by other users, for any harm resulting from such content, or for any recording or capture by other parties.
• You will use the report feature to notify us of any user violating these rules. Reports must include evidence (screenshots) where reasonably available.

If you encounter content involving a minor, illegal activity, or imminent harm, stop the session immediately and report it. Repeated exposure to violations without reporting may be considered consent to the conduct under these Terms.

5. Points, status, and cosmetics

MrPegasus awards "points" for gameplay activity, video chat sessions, daily streaks, and other engagement actions. Users may also earn "status" levels (Standard, Premium, Founder) by completing in-platform collection and progression milestones. No real money is required, accepted, or used anywhere in the Service. All points are earned exclusively through gameplay and engagement; they cannot be purchased.

Points and status have NO monetary value. Specifically, and without limitation:

• Points cannot be exchanged, redeemed, sold, traded, or converted into cash, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any other form of value.
• Points are not deposits, securities, investments, savings, prepaid instruments, or stored value of any kind.
• Points cannot be transferred between accounts or to third parties.
• Points are not your property. They are a revocable license to access in-platform features.
• Cosmetics, themes, dice, and checker artwork are licensed to your account for personal in-platform display only and cannot be transferred or sold.
• MrPegasus is not a real-money game, gambling service, casino, sweepstakes, or wagering platform. No real-world money changes hands between users or between users and the platform.

Selling, trading, transferring, or attempting to monetize accounts, points, status, cosmetics, invite codes, or any other in-platform asset outside official MrPegasus mechanisms violates these Terms and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

MrPegasus may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, adjust point award rates, reset balances, retire cosmetics, modify status requirements, or change any aspect of the points/status/cosmetics system. See Section 6 for the relationship between points and any potential future token program.

6. Future token program (conditional and discretionary)

MrPegasus is exploring the possibility of launching a token-based loyalty program in the future. Any such program is conditional, discretionary, and not currently active. This section describes our intent only and does not create any contractual right, obligation, vested interest, or enforceable promise.

No purchase, payment, deposit, or financial contribution is or will be required to participate in the Service or to earn points. Points are earned exclusively through gameplay, video chat sessions, and engagement activities. No real money changes hands at any point in the Service.

If, and only if, MrPegasus decides at its sole discretion to launch a token program, all of the following will apply:

• No promise of value: any token issued will have no guaranteed monetary value, no guaranteed exchange rate to points, and no guaranteed listing on any exchange or market.
• Not an investment: tokens, if issued, are not intended as an investment, security, share, equity, debt instrument, deposit, or financial product. Users should not acquire or accumulate points with any expectation of profit, return, appreciation, or financial gain.
• Regulatory conditional: token issuance is subject to applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in MrPegasus operating jurisdictions. If regulation prohibits or restricts issuance, the program will be cancelled, modified, postponed, or geographically limited at our sole discretion without compensation.
• Eligibility limited: token distribution, if it occurs, will be limited to users who meet eligibility criteria at the time of distribution. See Section 6a for eligibility criteria.
• No refund, no compensation: if the token program is cancelled, delayed, modified, or implemented differently than described, users have no right to refund, compensation, damages, or any other remedy. Time and effort spent earning points is not reimbursable.
• Revocable: MrPegasus reserves the absolute right to cancel, modify, postpone, or replace the token program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• Separate terms: any actual token distribution will be governed by a separate set of terms, conditions, and regulatory disclosures published at that time. Those terms will supersede this section.

By using the Service you acknowledge that you do not rely on any token-related statement, marketing, social media post, or community discussion as a promise or commitment. All such statements are forward-looking intent and not binding on MrPegasus.

6a. Token distribution eligibility (if and when launched)

If MrPegasus launches a token program, eligibility for token distribution will be subject to all of the following at the time of distribution:

• Status requirement: only users who hold Founder status at the time of distribution will be eligible. Standard and Premium users will not be eligible regardless of point balance.
• Account standing: account must be in good standing, with no active suspensions, no unresolved reports, no terms violations, and no indicators of fraudulent activity, multi-account abuse, or automation.
• Age confirmation: user must reconfirm being at least 18 years of age at the time of distribution, as required under Section 1.
• Jurisdiction: users located in jurisdictions where token issuance is prohibited, restricted, or requires licensing MrPegasus does not hold will be excluded. This includes but is not limited to users on international sanctions lists, users in jurisdictions with active crypto bans, and users in jurisdictions where the program would constitute an unregistered securities offering. Geographical eligibility will be determined by IP address, declared residence, and other available signals at the time of distribution.
• On-chain claim: distribution, if it occurs, will be made on-chain to a wallet address provided by the eligible user. Users are solely responsible for the security of their wallet and private keys. MrPegasus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or inaccessible wallets, mistyped addresses, or any technical issues on the receiving end.
• Discretionary final review: MrPegasus reserves the right to exclude any user from token distribution at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons and without compensation.

Eligibility is determined solely by MrPegasus and is not subject to appeal, dispute, or legal challenge. Founder status alone does not guarantee distribution; all eligibility criteria must be met simultaneously at the time of distribution.

7. Advertisements

MrPegasus is supported by advertising. We may display ads from third-party networks (e.g. Google AdSense, AdMob) and from direct advertisers. Use of the Service constitutes consent to receiving these advertisements.

8. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you submit (usernames, profile data, messages, evidence in reports). By submitting content you grant MrPegasus a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you submit, including images, recordings, and avatars.

9. Moderation and enforcement

We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or remove content, and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Enforcement actions include warnings, mutes (temporary or permanent), and bans (temporary or permanent).

If your account is terminated, you forfeit all points, status, cosmetics, and pending rewards.

10. Intellectual property

The MrPegasus name, logo, code, graphics, designs, dice and checker artwork, board themes, frames, and other original content are property of MrPegasus and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MrPegasus, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.

12a. Force majeure

MrPegasus shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or interruption in the Service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake; war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action; pandemics or public health emergencies; power outages, network failures, cyberattacks, distributed denial-of-service attacks; failures or actions of upstream service providers (hosting, CDN, payment processors, communication platforms); changes in law, regulation, sanctions, or licensing requirements that affect cryptocurrency, token issuance, online gaming, video communication, or any other aspect of the Service; and any other event that could not have been reasonably foreseen or prevented.

If a force majeure event materially affects MrPegasus operations, we may suspend, modify, restrict, geographically limit, or permanently discontinue all or part of the Service without notice and without liability. Users have no right to compensation, refund, or remedy for any loss arising from a force majeure event, including loss of points, status, cosmetics, account access, or future token eligibility.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MrPegasus, its operators, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• your use of or access to the Service;
• any content you post, transmit, display, or share through the Service, including any audio, video, or imagery in live sessions;
• your interactions with other users, including any harm or damages you cause to other users;
• your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
• your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• any claim related to points, status, cosmetics, or the future token program, including but not limited to claims of monetary loss, lost opportunity, frustrated expectation, or alleged investment;
• any tax liability arising from any token distribution you may receive, which is solely your responsibility to determine, report, and pay in your jurisdiction;
• any unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain account security.

MrPegasus reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.

14. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Sections 5, 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will notify users via in-platform notice or email.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
